HANNO to sell its Austrian plant for Construction Chemicals

The shareholders of the HANNO-VITO-Group have decided to sell its established construction chemicals plant in Himberg (Austria). On September 18, 2020 Hanno-Werk GmbH & Co. KG, Himberg near Vienna (Austria) has become part of the WS Print GmbH & Co. KG, Schnaittach (Germany) Group.
In the future the shareholders of the HANNO-VITO-Group will concentrate on their German core business, which comprises Hanno Werk GmbH & Co. KG in Laatzen (near Hanover) und die VITO Irmen GmbH & Co. KG in Remagen (South of Cologne).
WS Print GmbH & Co. KG is a second generation run family owned company. With this takeover WS Print will strengthen its business in the construction chemistry sector. The goals are: Generate further growth and expand its range of expertise.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the terms of the transaction.
