Volker Brock is the new Managing Director of HANNO.

Günter Krohn started his career at HANNO in 2008 as Managing Director of HANNO Austria in Himberg, and in 2016 he also took over the management of the German site in Laatzen. Since then, he has successfully developed the company into a prospering business with a family-like corporate culture. In order to master current as well as future challenges and to secure HANNO's future viability, Krohn drove numerous projects forward together with his management team - including the expansion of the Laatzen plant as well as structural and personnel developments.
In more than 14 years, he mastered a number of challenges: "I particularly remember the year 2020, when the sale of the Austrian plant was on the agenda. The decision was not easy, but it was strategically correct," says Krohn. What he appreciates most about HANNO is the transparent, flexible company structure and organisation, the teamwork on site and the far-sighted group of shareholders - to whom he extends his thanks as he bids farewell: "My thanks go to the shareholders who have made a decisive contribution to HANNO's growth and supported the expansion of the Laatzen site. The same applies to all employees who have placed their trust in me for many years and on whose support I have always been able to build. I would also like to thank our partners, supporters and friends for their trusting cooperation." At the shareholders' meeting, the HANNO group of shareholders thanked Krohn for his tireless and extremely successful work over the past 14 years. He already has plans for the new phase of his life:
"My goal is to find a new balance - more time with the family and a healthy amount of sporting and intellectual activity."

Volker Brock (53) will take over as his successor: The graduate in business administration and production engineering brings with him many years of experience in corporate management and development. Before joining HANNO, he worked as managing director for the family-owned company Riedel Filtertechnik (Leopoldshöhe) and for Kelvion at their Sarstedt site.
In addition to extensive international experience, Brock has wide-ranging knowledge of market, production and personnel development. In his free time, the married family man enjoys sporting activities, such as jogging, hiking or skiing. He would like to build on Krohn's work: "I am very much looking forward to continuing Günter Krohn's path to success together with the HANNO team and I am excited about my new tasks".
